Acceptable use Policy

 This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is incorporate by reference in the  iRC-Reactor Terms of Service (TOS). use the services provided by iRC-Reactor indicates your acceptance of the TOS and agreement to abide by the TOS and AUP. The AUP may change at any time, with or without notice.

1. You are axptected to treat the staff and other users of iRC-Reactor with respect. If you fell another user is harassing your, /ignore or ban that user. If the /ignore or ban is reasonably chosen and the user acts to evade the ban and continue the harassment, contact iRC-Reactor staff in #irc-reactor.
2. Except when a channel is used in violation of the TOS or AUP, channel management is left within the channel. For registered channels, channel managementt is left uses. For unregistered channels, channel management is left with the channel operators.
3. You may only advertise in channels where you are on the user list or with the channel owner's permission. Advertisements directly to users are prohibited.
4. You may not use iRC-Reactor serives to infringe upon any party's copyrights or other legal right, or to violate any other laws.
5. You may no use iRC-Reactor services to transmit pornography.
6. You may not use iRC-Reactor services to send hate speech. Hate speech includes, but is not limited to, speech which demeans groups of people that is meant to insult or inflame.
7. You may not charge others for the services provided to  you by iRC-Reactor. This includes channel registration, and any attempt to sell iRC-Reactor services may result in revocation of your privileges to iRC-Reactor services.
8. Abuse or blatant misuse of iRC-Reactor services,including but not limited to the use of bot, may result in revocation of your privileges to iRC-Reactor Services.
9. iRC-Reactor ops will interpret this AUP if there is ambiguity as to how it applies to your situation.
